Starship Avalon has a robust recruitment bonus system.  It works in 3 steps:

1) A Member tells their friend about Starship Avalon.

2) The friend signs up on the applications and puts the member as the referrer.

3) The friend is accepted and graduates from cadets.  The referring member is now given a referral credit which goes towards the Recruiter Tier Levels.

Bronze Level Recruiter

Gold Level Recruiter
Recruited 20 Members Special description tag to distinguish you as a Gold Level Recruiter. Announcement to the guild and your name in our guild news for a day. Ceremony congratulating you. Dinner with the Captain. Promotion Interview
Platinum Level Recruiter

Starship Avalon reserves the right to change requirements or benefits of recruitment bonuses and determine, in its sole discretion, if a member has acheived a recruitment bonus point towards a tier level benefit with or without advance notice.
