History:

Personal History: Lycyonn Davvaar was born in the year 2236 in the Dakora Province of Yarin’ia to the Provincial Governor and First Lady. As a second child, tradition demanded that he follow a political training system to fill his father’s footsteps; however, he refused and followed a Medical Career path. He attended the prestigious Yarin University in the capital province and graduated two years ahead of his course and was labeled a prodigy among his peers. Despite his father’s objections, he joined the TIFC in 2392 in order to offer his medical expertise to the Empire.
