Infringement (against Starship Avalon)

Parties infringing upon the copyright outlined above may be prosecuted to the full extent of the Berne Convention (in abiding countries) along with suffering legal recourse in the parties' particular place of residence. In the event that a visitor suspects infringement against Starship Avalon's copyright as outlined above, an email should be directed to the Guild Owner detailing the suspected infringement against the organizations or affiliated groups/sites. Members agree that any documents/materials submitted to the staff of the guild for use by the guild are A) Legal and authorized per copyright law for use and B) authorized for use by the guild in any manner it deems fit commercial or otherwise.
